Test Requirements:
software QA engineer/Lead in the 5+ year experience range.
testing experience in Java/J2EE projects
experience in testing RIA (rich internet applications)
knowledge of test suites
exposure to testcase automation (preferably RFT)
good communication/problem solving skills
experience in scripting (preferably PERL)

Development Requirements:

- 5+ years of J2EE development
- 3+ years with Lightweight J2EE frameworks such as Spring, Struts 2.0
- 3+ years with IBM WebSphere Server,
- 3+ Experience developing WebServices, SOAP is required, RESTful services are plus.
- 3+ Experience developing Portlets, JSPs and Servlets
- 3+ years with advanced Javascript Frameworks such as Jquery, Dojo, ExtJS and a familiarity with JSON
- Good fundamental understanding of J2EE concepts
- Proficiency with portal themes and skins
- Excellent debugging skills
- Familiar with performance tuning

- Experience working in a Scrum or agile environment
- Familiarity with GOF (Gang of Four) Design Patterns & other Abstract Data Structures
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communications skills
- Should have practical work experience in a multi-tiered architectural environment
- Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and will have exceptional writing and communication skills
- Demonstrated a record of developing successful applications that are highly integrated and reliable
- Ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Sun Certified Java programmer preferred.
